  General Return Guideline:

  1. Return Window:
     Most products are eligible for return within 7 to 15 days of delivery.
     Check the product page for specific seller return timelines.
     
  2. Eligible Conditions for Return:
     Wrong item delivered
     Damaged or defective produc.
     Size/fit issue (for fashion items)
     Product not as described
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
     Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page
     Used or worn clothing
     Perishable or personal hygiene items
     Custom-made or personalized products

  4. Returned products must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging.

  5. Return Process
     Go to “My Orders” and select the item you want to return.
     Click “Return Item” and choose the appropriate reason.
     Our system will notify the respective seller for approval.
     Upon approval, our courier partner will arrange a pickup or you may be asked to drop it off.
  6. Refunds 
     Refunds will be initiated once the product is received and quality-checked by the seller.
     Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
     For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store wallet.
     
     

     Important Notes

     • Frequent or fraudulent return requests may result in account restrictions.

     • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy standards.
